Let’s face it, there are a vast number of machines out there to choose from!  Where should you begin?

Can I work with this company?

Firstly, you need to find a company you feel comfortable dealing with who is looking to build a relationship with you lasting for many years and who therefore won’t be looking to ‘make a fast buck’ selling you a machine that’s wrong for you and your business.
If you buy from the same company who supplies both your coffee and your service, you can be more confident that any problems you may encounter will be dealt with efficiently because any machine downtime you have will halt coffee sales. Many of our customers have been with us for nearly 20 years....

What kind of machine do I need?

Secondly, you need to decide what type of machine you require. This will largely depend on the site you have and the number of coffees you need to be able to serve.  The machines range from a conventional espresso/cappuccino machine (Espresso Machines), to fully automated bean-to-cup machines (Bean-To-Cup Machines), to pour and serve filter machines (Filter Machines).

Should I rent, lease, buy or free loan?

And thirdly, you will need to decide whether to rent, lease, buy or free loan.  We are able to offer all these options to suit your situation.  In deciding to rent, for example, you will know exactly what your costs are each month as, included in the fixed price (usually equivalent to selling as few as 2/3 cups of coffee a day) are everything you need - from installation to service and training. Free-loan machines are available for customers whose coffee purchases reach a minimum quantity.  When you talk to us, we will suggest the best option for your circumstances.
