To start with, our existing customers... When we receive a service call, one of our engineers will have a chat on the phone to discover the nature of the problem before sending someone to the site. Sometimes there is a simple fault that, with guidance, the customer can resolve themselves. If this can be achieved it saves both the customer and ourselves time and money. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, we aim to get to the customer the same day, often within hours - particularly if the problem is serious and they are unable to make coffee. A coffee shop without a coffee machine will not be in business for long!
Most problems can be fixed onsite but if the machine needs more extensive work on it, we will exchange the machine there and then, repair the original machine back in our workshop before swapping the machines back again. If a coffee shop doesn’t have a coffee machine.......(see above)!
As we said, we can and do service most makes of machine. We will give you a price before we come out to you so you know where you stand. If we need to take your machine away to fix it, a loan machine will be included in the price. We will tell you if we feel the cost of repairing the machine is greater than it’s worth. We will be honest and straightforward in what we tell you so that you are always in control.
